Job summary

Singapore Pools is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights (Head of Data Insights) to lead data engineering, insights, and governance. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, translate business needs into scalable data solutions, and drive a high-performance data culture aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires deep technical credibility, strong people leadership, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to deliver governance-aligned analytics across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering/analytics with leadership roles.
• At least 5 years managing multidisciplinary data teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data programs.
• Strong governance and PDPA familiarity preferred.
• Exposure to regulated industries advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data pipelines, data lake design, and integration platforms.
• Lead Insights Engineering to deliver dashboards and data products.
• Drive governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into governed data assets.
• Provide advisory on data strategy and platform investments.
• Cascade strategy into executable team goals.
