Qualifications

• Tertiary Education in Accounting, Finance, Maritime, Data Science, Statistics, Business or related discipline.
• 4–6 years in standard costing, controlling, management reporting or commercial analysis.
• Shipping or liner cost drivers understanding preferred.
• Experience supporting system implementation, testing or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost basis and standard cost logic for PIL services.
• Validate outputs, detect anomalies and escalate material issues with quantified impact.
• Recommend rates and changes for release with documented pricing/margin consequences.
• Map cost elements to the approved taxonomy and assist remediation.
• Support COA engine revamp, testing, cutover and stabilisation.
• Assist Phase 1/2 documentation, knowledge transfer and parallel running.
• Document procedures and controls, support automation and efficiency improvements.
• Investigate rate deviations, missing invoices and accrual gaps within scope.
• Analyze cost accuracy across services and equipment types.
• Explain cost basis during tenders and cargo discussions; prepare sensitivities.
