Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Staff/Principal Product Test Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of a standardized Test Package and Program Management System across frontend and backend manufacturing sites.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven decision-making, and the adoption of digital solutions to enhance release quality, process optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor wafer sort, final test, or advanced manufacturing environments is expected.
• Strong technical knowledge of test program and test hardware development, qualification, release, and sustenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, deployment, and sustenance of a standardized Test Package & Program Management System across NPI to High Volume Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Sites and Development Teams to drive cross-site process optimization and digital solutions.
• Drive governance, harmonization, and continuous improvement of test verification, buyoff, and release processes.
