Job summary

ASIA KIDNEY DIALYSIS CENTRE (BEDOK) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care for renal patients.

You will be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and work in a two-shift schedule (Morning 7:00am-3:00pm, Afternoon 2:30pm-10:30pm) from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. Experience in renal care is an advantage, and training will be provided for those without renal exposure.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.
• Renal patient care experience is advantageous.
• Training will be provided for those without renal experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of care for all patients during shifts.
• Recognise health condition changes and respond appropriately.
• Record and monitor patients' vital signs.
• Collaborate with nurse managers to deliver patient care.
• Ensure accurate, legible nursing records and timely reporting of patient progress.

A senior Registered Nurse, a healthcare professional who provides high-quality nursing care to our renal patients.

Jobs Resposibilities :

1. Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.
2. Recognising a patient's health condition change and responding appropriately.
3. Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
4. You will work closely with nurse managers to deliver patient care.
5. To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records are maintained according to policy guidelines and unit guidance.

Jobs Requirement :

1. Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.
2. With Renal experience is an advantage
3. Training will be provided for those without renal experience.
4. Our Centre operate on 2 shifts (Morning : 7:00am - 3:00pm , Afternoon : 2.30pm - 10.30pm) from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday, off day)
