Job summary

AKDC (TECK WHYE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated staff nurse to join a renal nursing-focused team in Singapore.

You will maintain high standards of patient care during shifts and monitor health changes, recording vitals and communicating progress with the Nurse Manager and Senior Staff Nurse. Experience in renal care is advantageous, with training provided for those without renal background. The role operates on three shifts (Morning 7am-3pm, Mid 10:30am-6:30pm, Afternoon 2:30pm-10:30pm) from

Qualifications

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.
• Renal experience is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for those without renal experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during shifts.
• Recognising a patient's health condition change and responding appropriately.
• Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
• Work closely with the Nurse manager and Senior Staff Nurse to deliver patient care.
• Ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Maintain accurate, legible nursing records according to policy and unit guidelines.

3 ) Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.

3 ) Work closely with the Nurse manager and Senior Staff Nurse to deliver patient care.

4 ) To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records are maintained according to policy guidelines and unit guidance.

Jobs Requirement :

1) Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.

3) Training will be provided for those without renal experience.

4) Our Centre operates on three shifts:

Morning : 7am - 3pm ,

Mid Shift: 10:30 am - 06:30pm,

Afternoon : 2:30pm - 10:30pm

from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday off day)
