ASIA KIDNEY DIALYSIS CENTRE (TAMPINES) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated senior staff nurse to join our team.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to renal patients and collaborating with nurse managers to maintain excellent patient outcomes. Qualified candidates must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Renal experience is advantageous, and training will be provided for those without renal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.
• Recognising a patient's health condition change and responding appropriately.
• Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
• You will work closely with nurse managers to deliver patient care.
• To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records are maintained according to policy guidelines and unit guidance.

Our team is looking for a dedicated senior staff nurse who wants to join our company.

A senior Registered Nurse, a healthcare professional who provides high-quality nursing care to our renal patients.

Jobs Resposibilities :

• Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.

• You will work closely with nurse managers to deliver patient care.

• Our Centre operate on 2 shifts (Morning : 7:00am - 3:00pm , Afternoon : 2.30pm - 10.30pm)
• from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday, off day)
