ACER DIALYSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in Singapore.

You will maintain high standards of patient care, monitor vital signs, and work closely with nurse managers to deliver comprehensive treatment. Renal experience is an advantage, with training provided for those without renal exposure. The role follows two shifts (morning and afternoon) from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Renal care experience is an advantage; training provided for those without renal experience.
• Centre operates two shifts: Morning 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Afternoon 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm.
• Working days Monday to Saturday, Sunday off.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high standard of care for all patients during shifts.
• Recognise changes in patient health conditions and respond appropriately.
• Record and monitor patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with nurse managers to deliver patient care.
• Ensure accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records are maintained according to policy.

Jobs Resposibilities :

• 1 ) Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.
• 2 ) Recognising a patient's health condition change and responding appropriately.
• 3 ) Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
• 3 ) You will work closely with nurse managers to deliver patient care.
• 4 ) To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records are maintained according to policy guidelines and unit guidance.

Jobs Requirement :

• 1) Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.
• 2) With Renal experience is an advantage
• 3) Training will be provided for those without renal experience.
• 4) Our Centre operate on two shifts (Morning: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Afternoon: 2.30 pm - 10.30 pm)
• from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday, off day)
