Job summary

Amkor Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, Information Security to lead and mature security programs from our local office. The role involves evaluating security products, mitigating attacks, and supporting global security initiatives across engineering teams and partner relations.

You will help implement policies, standards, and procedures while advocating security across the organization, with exposure to high-impact projects on a worldwide scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security.
• Bachelor of Science degree required; multiple disciplines considered.
• CISSP highly desired; CEH / GIAC / CCSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies.
• Perform assessments and resolve security issues.
• Support numerous security project implementations from a technical perspective.
• Evangelize security within the company and be an advocate for partner/customer trust.
• Interact with engineering teams regarding attack mitigation.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support on all security issues.
• Develop and interpret security standards, policies, and procedures.

The Information Security position will evaluate, design, implement, manage, and support global security-focused tools and services.
