Job summary

The role collaborates with Architecture and RTL teams, leads transistor-level design and layout supervision, and requires on-site presence five days a week in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in analog IC design and verification.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions across multiple subsystems.
• Strong transistor-level design and layout supervision skills.
• Experience with PMUs, data converters, and clocking blocks.
• Mentoring and guiding senior engineers through reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead chip-level and block-level analog specifications.
• Drive architectural decisions across projects and product lines.
• Perform transistor-level analog IC design and verification.
• Directly supervise analog circuit layout for multiple blocks.
• Lead design reviews and drive cross-block actions to closure.
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers in technical reviews.
• Partner with digital designers for analog/digital interfaces.
• Guide prototype chip testing strategy and validation.
• Develop manufacturing test plans for analog blocks.
• Support Marketing and Product Engineering on complex issues.
