Job summary

Intellipro Group is seeking an experienced IC Design Lead for analog and mixed-signal development in Singapore. You will head the chip design team from specification through tape-out, balancing leadership with deep technical involvement.

The role requires a Master's degree or higher in microelectronics or related field, with 10+ years in IC design and at least 5 years in team leadership. Expertise in CMOS processes and EDA tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Microelectronics or related field.
• 10+ years IC design experience, with at least 5 years in team leadership.
• Strong CMOS/analog IC design flow knowledge and tape-out experience.
• Proficient with Cadence Virtuoso, HSPICE, Spectre, APS, Calibre; layout awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead IC design team to define chip specs and meet milestones.
• Oversee circuit design, simulation, verification to meet targets.
• Develop project plans and allocate engineering resources.
• Lead design reviews and optimize circuit performance.
• Collaborate with layout and test engineers for implementation.
• Ensure complete design documentation including schematics and test reports.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive cross-functional collaboration.
