Job summary

Tetramem in Singapore seeks a senior engineer to design and develop high-performance analog ICs, including amplifiers and data converters. You will simulate, verify, and validate designs to ensure they meet stringent specifications and quality standards.

You will collaborate with digital designers, layout engineers, and system architects to ensure seamless integration of analog and digital components, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on CMOS analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• 5+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes; PhD may count as experience.
• Strong knowledge in OpAmps, bandgap, voltage/current references.
• Familiar with EDA environments (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics).
• Hands-on from definition to tape-out, including layout supervision and characterization.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of high-performance analog ICs including amplifiers and data converters.
• Conduct detailed simulations, verification, and validation to meet specs.
• Collaborate with digital designers, layout engineers, and system architects.
• Drive innovation by adopting advanced design techniques and new technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design process improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and document methodologies and results.
• Support testing, characterization, and debugging to optimize yield.
• Document design specifications and test results.
