Job summary

You will lead a team, collaborate with firmware engineers, and integrate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while adhering to standards and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of SSD firmware test development experience.
• Comprehensive SSD firmware testing knowledge and Python programming.
• Strong understanding of PCIe, NVMe, NVMe-MI and OCP standards.
• Experience with Agile development, Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to mentor and lead engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive firmware verification plans for various features.
• Develop white/grey-box, known, and closed-system tests to verify firmware.
• Analyze failures from regressions and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage test development, deployment, automation, and reporting.
• Lead code reviews and guide team for full coverage and architecture.
