Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 6-8 years of SSD firmware test development experience.
• Strong Python programming and SSD firmware testing expertise.
• Knowledge of PCIe, NVMe, NVMe-MI, and OCP protocols.
• Experience with Agile, Git, and CI/test automation systems.
• Leadership abilities and mentoring capacity.

Responsibilities

• Build firmware verification plans for various features.
• Develop white/grey-box, known, and closed system testing methods.
• Analyze failures from regressions and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage test development, deployment, automation, and reporting.
• Communicate challenges and mitigation plans to cross-functional teams.
• Lead code reviews and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
