Job summary

SPD Singapore is seeking a Senior Speech Therapist to provide clinical leadership and advanced practice across routine and complex cases. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties in line with programme SOPs.

You will lead in clinical service development, supervise junior therapists, mentor peers, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality client care and evidence-based practice

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Therapy or equivalent.
• Full-Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
• 10+ years of clinical experience with supervisory level activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and advanced practice across routine and complex cases.
• Assess, plan, and implement speech therapy interventions for clients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Collaborate with multi- disciplinary teams to deliver client care one-to-one, group, or special settings.
• Monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and review therapy needs per programme requirements.
• Lead in clinical service development and supervise junior therapists.
