GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a senior Speech Therapist to provide clinical supervision and direct patient care, guiding rehabilitation service standards across teams.

You will coordinate the rehab team, implement evidence-based practices, lead audit actions and assist in staff training, drills, and competency development. This role requires Masters in Speech Therapy with full registration and at least five years in a community setting, with project management experience preferred.

Competenze

• Recognized Masters in Speech Therapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Speech Therapist in a community setting.
• Experience in project management is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to enhance rehab service standards.
• Assist to establish evidence-based practice through guidelines, protocol and equipment.
• Provide direct clinical service to a general or specialized group of patients.
• Coordinate rehab team to enhance manpower usage and good rehab standard.
