Job summary

SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a Principal Speech Therapist to lead a multidisciplinary Speech Therapy team in Singapore. You will deliver evidence-based clinical services, manage complex cases, and drive quality improvement initiatives across current programs.

You will also supervise staff, plan new services, coordinate resources, and report on service indicators. The role emphasizes education, training, and ongoing professional development for both clinical and support staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• MSc in Speech and Language Pathology or CCC-SLP with US equivalence.
• AHPC registration and practising certificate.
• BCLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical services with multidisciplinary team.
• Manage complex cases and conduct quality assurance audits.
• Assist in planning and development of new services; coordinate workload and manpower.
• Report on monthly service indicators and workload statistics for the team.
• Lead staff performance management, training and development for both professional and support staff.
