Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of Western cuisine.
• Experience with cost and inventory control management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs all kitchen operations.
• Produces and presents high-quality food items consistently.
• Analyzes operating costs, food costs, quality and sanitation.
• Establishes positive employee relations and teamwork.
• Participates in menu preparation and pricing with the Director.
• Works with Restaurant Managers to manage food par stocks and market lists.
• Attends weekly meetings and contributes to improvements.
