Job summary

Xendit in Singapore is seeking a technically minded, client-facing Pre-Sales professional to bridge enterprise clients with product and engineering teams. You will lead technical discovery, design tailored payment solutions, and drive deal velocity across SEA markets.

Partnering with Account Executives, you’ll map client needs to Xendit's licensed infrastructure, guide integrations, and provide credible technical guidance throughout complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing technical role, preferably in payments/fintech/SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; able to explain concepts to engineers.
• Familiar with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts.
• Experience with regional/global enterprise clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored payment solutions with sales teams for enterprise clients.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and map client infra to Xendit's products.
• Architect cross-border solutions ensuring compliance and strong business value.
• Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to diverse audiences.
