Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot and Angular.
• Experience contributing to solution design, architecture discussions and technical governance.
• Banking, financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Exposure to Regulatory Reporting, AML, Transaction Monitoring or Financial Crime tech.
• Experience with transaction processing, payments, cross-border payments or SWIFT platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical design and architecture discussions across multiple projects.
• Define and influence solution architecture and development best practices.
• Review and guide application design and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Translate requirements into scalable solutions with business stakeholders.
• Mentor developers across the software lifecycle.
• Support regulatory, compliance and transaction-processing technology initiatives.
• Ensure applications are designed for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work with regional and offshore teams on detailed development and implementation.
• Contribute to technical governance, design reviews and continuous improvement.
