Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking an experienced Software/Systems Architect to own the full architecture across applications, middleware, data, networking and security. You will review current systems, identify gaps, and drive fixes through delivery, while leading system integration and APIs.

You will act as the final escalation point for high availability and security requirements, guiding CI/CD practices and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software and system architecture, from applications and middleware to data, networking and security.
• Review the current architecture, find gaps in performance, scalability, resilience and security, and see the fixes through to delivery.
• Lead the integration of different systems, third party products and APIs. Get hands on when issues come up during testing and go live.
• Be the final technical escalation point. Set the requirements for high availability, redundancy and failover.
• Guide developers through design and code reviews. Set engineering and CI/CD standards.
• Build security into every design. Support system hardening, vulnerability fixes and compliance checks.
• Support presales with solution designs, technical proposals and effort estimates.
