Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. ASEAN & Korea CX architecture team seeks a senior technical lead to design multi-domain architectures across networking, data centre, security, cloud and AI infrastructure.

You will guide delivery, and drive adoption to measurable business outcomes while engaging with Sales, SE, CX Delivery, TAC and partners. You will own architecture for strategic engagements, run PoCs and labs, mentor peers, and use Cisco IQ, Cloud Control and observability tools to match customer outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• CCIE/CCDE or equivalent certification with 12+ years experience.
• Experience owning pre‑sales design and hands‑on delivery for enterprise or service provider clients.
• Track record leading complex engagements from architecture through handover.
• Experience using telemetry and observability to guide outcomes.
• Strong executive communication to VP/C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical relationships for strategic accounts from scoping to renewal.
• Design and validate multi-domain solutions across networking, security and cloud.
• Drive large-scale transformations and data centre migrations with risk ownership.
• Run labs, PoCs and solution validations to demonstrate production adoption.
• Leverage telemetry and lifecycle insights to inform architecture reviews.
• Advise on hybrid/multicloud governance and secure connectivity.
• Apply AI, AIOps and automation to improve resilience and adoption.
• Coordinate escalations with TAC, BU engineering and partners.
• Build reusable reference architectures and mentorship programs.
• Represent Cisco at customer briefings and industry events.
