Job summary

Hyphen Partners in Singapore is seeking a Senior Solution Manager – Architecture to lead architectural design delivery for hyperscale data center projects across Southeast Asia, with a base in Singapore. You will own the full lifecycle from feasibility through site execution, coordinating with external architects, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 8+ years in architectural design or PM, strong data center experience, and fluency in English for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural design / project management experience.
• Proven data center architectural design and management experience.
• Experience delivering projects across Malaysia, Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
• Strong understanding of regional building codes, approvals and international design standards.
• Experience managing consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and site execution.
• Developer-side, client-side or design management experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent English and comfortable working across international teams.

I’m partnering with a fast-growing international data center platform, to hire a Senior Solution Manager / Solution Manager – Architecture based in Singapore.

This is a key role supporting to expand hyperscale data center portfolio across Southeast Asia, with projects across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and other strategic markets.

You’ll take ownership of architectural design delivery across the full project lifecycle — from feasibility and concept design through detailed design, construction and site execution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop design strategies around scalability, modularity, operational reliability and MEP integration
• Manage external architects, consultants and multidisciplinary design teams
• Coordinate closely with C&S, MEP, development teams, contractors and regulatory authorities
