Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead shaping and mobilisation of complex digital engagements from qualification to delivery. You will combine commercial acumen, technical consulting and deployment leadership to translate client priorities into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or a related discipline.
Extensive relevant experience (7+ years) in solution consulting, technology consulting, solution architecture or digital deployment, leading complex client engagements.
Ability to translate business objectives into practical solution and deployment approaches.

Responsibilities

Shape and mobilise complex digital engagements from opportunity qualification through delivery.
Lead discovery with client stakeholders to define objectives, success measures and constraints.
Define deployment blueprint, risk and acceptance criteria, with clear governance and milestones.
Partner with account teams and product groups to articulate value and commercial terms.
Provide end‑to‑end leadership from mobilisation to handover to delivery.
