Job summary

ST Engineering Urban Solutions seeks a Solution Architect & Technical Senior Manager to own the architecture and engineering execution for the AGIL CityAI platform. This front-facing role leads a multidisciplinary team, aligning IoT, IT, and OT across web and mobile engines to deliver scalable urban intelligence solutions.

You will drive client engagements, secure design approvals, and govern cross-platform architecture while coordinating deployments and vendor integrations globally.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise software architecture experience.
• Strong leadership in technical teams and delivery.
• Experience architecting microservice-based systems across web & mobile.
• Proven design of real-time command & control systems for urban operations.
• Hands-on app modernization and integration across IT/IoT/OT layers.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural governance, blueprint, and platform innovation for AGIL CityAI.
• Translate IoT, IT, OT workflows into real-time capabilities within the engine.
• Lead software architects, mobile devs, and full-stack leads; enforce high coding standards.
• Lead client-facing technical consultations and secure design approvals.
• Manage vendor capabilities and data-exchange structures for AGIL CityAI.
• Draft and maintain high-level design diagrams and data-flow maps.
• Oversee system-level, E2E, and UAT testing across web/mobile deployments.
• Oversee global deployments and international client site rollouts.
