Job summary
Sunollo Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Solar Engineer / Solar Technical Expert to act as the centre of excellence for solar technology in Singapore.
The role is hybrid, combining field work on project sites with office-based activities to support design, permitting, training and customer experience. You will provide hands-on technical guidance to project managers and installation teams, own regulatory approvals, and contribute to continuous improvement of Sunollo's solar standards and product
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience in solar installations.
- Strong practical solar experience for rooftop/commercial projects.
- Knowledge of Singapore solar regulations, permits and approvals.
- Ability to train and coach installation teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support to project managers and installation teams.
- Own solar permits and regulatory approvals for Singapore projects.
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Define preventive maintenance standards and SOPs.
- Build Sunollo's Solar Technical Centre of Excellence and training.
- Drive continuous improvement of installation and maintenance processes.
