Job summary

You will develop and maintain Master Project Schedules, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, track progress, and prepare detailed reports. PMP certification is mandatory, with 8+ years of relevant planning experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant planning experience.
• Proven experience using Oracle Primavera P6 (expert level).
• Strong background in planning for large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Master Project Schedule using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Identify critical path, milestones, and interface dependencies across disciplines.
• Ensure schedule compliance with LTA and contractual requirements.
• Forecast delays, analyse impacts, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with senior project team, BIM, design and site teams to align planning with execution.
