• Strong governance, risk and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise systems on sovereign cloud.
• Oversee multi‑year transformation programs across planning, corporate and operations systems.
• Provide architectural direction for land planning, geospatial data and analytics platforms.
• Engage with planners, policy teams and governance committees to communicate progress and risks.
• Mentor engineers and uplift capabilities in enterprise systems and integration.
