Job summary

Talentsis is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer in Singapore to lead design, development, testing and debugging of system software. You will work with engineers, project managers and customers to align on goals and deliver reusable components for scalable solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in software, strong knowledge of JS/Java/Python, and hands-on experience with modern frameworks. On-site work locations include multiple sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in related field.
• Full-stack experience; strong software engineering.
• 2+ years in Agile development.
• Experience in a full development cycle (design to testing).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps or CI/CD.
• Strong programming in Java/JavaScript/Python/C#/C++.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL/No-SQL databases like MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Resourceful and time-managing.
• Team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Reach project goals by collaborating with Engineers, PMs and Customers.
• Create, track and manage reusable components to improve efficiency.
• Provide scalable solutions ahead of company needs for long-term gains.
• Lead the team to design, develop, test and debug system software.
• Identify technical challenges and risks and develop solutions.
• Review code and architectural design; drive design/development standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.
