Job summary

apba tg human resource pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Software Lead to drive software delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will guide a team of developers through design, coding, testing and documentation, while collaborating with customers on requirements and acceptance testing.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable software and API development, data migration, and active participation in CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development lifecycle and systems implementation.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Translating functional specs into design specs.
• Proficiency with NodeJS, React, TS, MongoDB, Java Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Participate in AGILE SCRUM project cycles with daily stand-ups.
• Lead a team of developers and guide implementation.
• Design, code, test and document software solutions.
• Loster liaison with customers for requirements, acceptance testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop secure, scalable applications and APIs.
• Perform data migration, transformations and scripting.
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevSecOps for testing and deployment.

Senior Software Lead

• Participate in AGILE project running on SCRUM sprints and daily stand-ups.
• Managed team of Developers & guide them during software implementation.
• Responsible for design, coding, testing and documentation.
• Able to liaise with the customer in requirement gathering, acceptance testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop secure, scalable and good quality application programs and API.
• Perform data migration, data transformation and scripting.
• Have a passion for delivering zero defect codes and be responsible for the codes developed.
• Participate in continuous integration activities and DevSecOps for testing and deployment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience with systems implementation and software development lifecycle processes.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in transforming functional specifications into design specifications.
• Familiar with some of these Web Technologies such as NodeJS, React, Typescript, MongoDB, Java Spring Boot
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
