Job summary

rmr international private limited is seeking a Lead Programmer to lead our software development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.

You will mentor developers, define architecture, ensure quality, and drive on-schedule delivery while aligning with cybersecurity and data protection policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior programming role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) advantageous; familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Agile or Scrum methodologies; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior programming role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI, automation, or machine learning projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• PMP, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, or other relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
