Job summary

UNISOFT INFOTECH PTE LTD is seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with hands-on Oracle Fusion Middleware, ESB, and ADF/WebCenter Portal expertise. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and modern middleware technologies.

Responsibilities include building with Spring Boot/microservices, integrating with ESB, and working across legacy J2EE and modern architectures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise or government applications.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle ESB.
• Solid Java/J2EE background with modern Spring framework and microservices.
• Proficient in Oracle ADF/WebCenter Portal and Oracle WebCenter Portal.
• Experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and complex SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, implement, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Develop with Java 1.8, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful services.
• Build enterprise portal apps using Oracle ADF and WebCenter Portal.
• Integrate systems with Oracle Fusion Middleware and ESB including orchestration and routing.
• Work with legacy J2EE (Struts, JSP, Servlets, EJB) and modern microservices.
• Design backend with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and complex SQL.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization for scalability and reliability.
• Plan data migration/integration: mapping, transformation, validation, migration, reconciliation.
• Prepare automated tests (HATS) and support testing phases.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to solution architecture and design reviews; ensure quality standards.
• Create technical specs, architecture docs, deployment guides, and ops docs.
• Collaborate across SDLC with analysts, architects, developers, testers, infra teams.

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer who is strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle ESB, and Oracle ADF/WebCenter Portal , together with proven experience working on large-scale enterprise applications and Agile Scrum projects.

Design, develop, document, implement, and maintain end-to-end, highly scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.

Design and develop applications using Java 1.8, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful Web Services .

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise portal applications using Oracle ADF and Oracle WebCenter Portal .

Design and implement enterprise application integrations using Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle ESB , including service orchestration, routing, transformation, and system integration.

Work across both legacy J2EE technologies such as Struts, JSP, Servlets, and EJB, and modern Spring Boot/microservices architectures.

Design and develop robust backend solutions using Oracle Database, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries .

Perform database design, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance.

Design and execute data migration and integration activities , including data mapping, transformation, validation, migration, and reconciliation.

Prepare and execute automated test scripts using HATS or equivalent testing tools , and support integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, middleware, integration, database, and production issues , including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Participate in solution architecture and technical design activities , providing recommendations for scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, enterprise architecture principles, security practices, and development best practices .

Prepare and maintain technical specifications, solution design documents, architecture documentation, deployment guides, and operational documentation .

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .

Work effectively within Agile/Scrum methodology , participate in Scrum ceremonies, support releases and production deployments, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to development team members.

• min 7 years of experience in Oracle ADF / Oracle WebCenter Portal .
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle ESB.
• min 5 years of experience with Java 1.8, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful Services .
• min 5 years of experience with Struts 1.1, JSP, Servlets, and EJB .
• Strong Oracle/PL-SQL backend development experience.
• Experience with automated testing, data migration, enterprise integration, and production support.
• Proven experience working in Agile Scrum environments .
• Strong experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
