Job summary

aryan solutions pte. ltd. seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer in Singapore to design, implement and support secure, scalable cloud solutions using AWS Landing Zone and/or AWS Control Tower.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant cloud architectures that drive business value and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing AWS accounts, implementing IAM, GuardDuty, CloudWatch, and logging via IaC, and embedding security into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizens only.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant IT experience, preferably involving AWS cloud implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Control Tower and AWS Landing Zone.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps pipelines and automated testing.
• Good understanding of cloud security, governance, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of AWS accounts within Landing Zone and/or Control Tower.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Oversee AWS account provisioning and ensure baseline controls using IaC (GuardDuty, CloudWatch, logging).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding/offboarding requests and status updates.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed security controls into GitLab pipelines for compliance checks and code scanning.
• Implement IAM controls using AWS Organizations SCPs, IAM Identity Center and Entra ID.
• Apply ITIL practices across Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Create and maintain service tickets with detailed documentation and resolution steps.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Document cloud configurations, controls and troubleshooting procedures.

Senior Cloud Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cloud Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in AWS Landing Zone and/or AWS Control Tower. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement and support secure, scalable and compliant cloud solutions that deliver business value and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

AWS Account Management

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of AWS accounts within AWS Landing Zone and/or AWS Control Tower.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, dependencies and delivery timelines.

• Oversee AWS account provisioning and ensure baseline controls, including Amazon GuardDuty, CloudWatch alarms and logging, are implemented through Infrastructure as Code.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for account onboarding and offboarding requests, queries and status updates.

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Embed security controls into GitLab pipelines to automate compliance checks, code scanning and artifact validation.

• Implement identity and access management controls using AWS Organizations Service Control Policies, AWS IAM Identity Center permission sets and Microsoft Entra ID security groups.

IT Service Management

• Apply ITIL practices across Incident, Problem and Change Management.

• Create and maintain service tickets with detailed documentation, investigation findings and resolution steps.

• Monitor service-level agreements and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.

Documentation and Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles and standard operating procedures.

• Develop and update runbooks for recurring cloud operational activities.

• Document cloud configurations, controls, processes and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants must be Singapore citizens.

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.

• At least two years of relevant experience in the information technology industry, preferably involving AWS cloud implementation and support.

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS Control Tower and AWS Landing Zone.

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform or AWS CDK.

• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps pipelines and automated testing.

• Good understanding of cloud security, governance, identity and access management.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.

• Strong interest in innovation, automation and continuous improvement.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
