Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality banking software. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems across product and project lifecycles.
The role demands hands-on coding, strong analytical skills, and experience with distributed delivery teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking, especially Private Banking or Wealth Management.
- 10+ years of software development with distributed teams across geographies.
- S2i Application, COBOL, DB2, GIT, GITLAB, SPLUNK, DBeaver, Eclipse knowledge; APIs & Digital Banking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Involve early to capture customer requirements and follow project roadmap.
- Author Design and Technical Specifications; support solution proposals and cost estimation.
- Develop, test, and debug medium to complex applications per technical specs.
- Provide technical guidance to offshore teams and resolve issues.
- Support project manager to initiate projects and manage domain artifacts.
- Conduct unit, integration, and system tests; ensure deliverables meet specs.
- Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration and automation.
