Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for a major client in private banking and wealth management. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of complex projects.

You will guide offshore developers, conduct unit and integration tests, and contribute to continuous improvement while leveraging your experience with core banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT preferred).
• 10+ years of software development experience in banking.
• Experience with core banking systems such as Temenos-T24, Avaloq, Olympic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Involve early in projects to capture requirements and align with roadmaps.
• Author design and technical specifications; support analyses and cost estimation.
• Develop high-quality software and ensure it aligns with client requirements.
