Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Software Developer – Credit & Risk to design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for banking clients in a global delivery model. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and drive best practices with the project team.
The role demands extensive banking domain knowledge, strong programming skills and leadership to mentor junior developers while coordinating with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, IT or related fields.
- 10+ years of software development experience with distributed delivery teams across geographies.
- Experience in banking environment, ideally Private Banking or Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality software applications for assigned projects.
- Map business requirements to system/technical requirements and propose best practice solutions.
- Write technical specifications for custom development and system integration.
- Support project initiation and provide technical guidance to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with project leads, business analysts and offshore teams to resolve issues.
