Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant software development experience.
• At least 1 year hands‑on experience in application development and maintenance, microservices, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application code for projects, enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to Helpdesk and peers.
• Investigate production issues and implement enhancements for reliability.
• Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis.
• Monitor alerts and respond to maintain operational stability.
• Act as adviser to supervisors and IT management on assigned applications.
• Serve as Technical Lead for projects by designing architecture, estimating effort, and assigning work.
• Propose and implement technology improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support training and mentoring of team members.
