Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is hiring a Senior Software Engineer on a fixed-term 1-year engagement to deliver end-to-end application development for Singapore government agencies. You will own frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD, and collaborate with data engineers to deploy scalable data pipelines.

The role requires strong Node.js/TypeScript skills, React/Next.js experience, and hands-on AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.

Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Senior Software Engineer.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern web development practices and component-based architecture
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js)
• Mobile-responsive web development and/or Progressive Web App (PWA)
• RESTful API design and development
• Relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation
• Audit logging and data compliance (PDPA)
• Singpass/MyInfo/Corppass integration
• Email/SMS notification services (e.g. AWS SES, SNS, Twilio)
• Scheduling, Attendance & Reporting
• Scheduling and availability management (e.g. calendar features)
• Attendance tracking mechanisms (e.g. QR code-based check-in/check-out)
• Dashboard and report generation (exportable formats e.g. PDF, Excel)
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS EC2/ Lambda/RDS or similar), including deployment and infrastructure management
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform, CDK), and monitoring/observability practices
• Prior experience building citizen-facing government systems
