Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Java developer for a leading Southeast Asian investment bank project.

The role focuses on end-to-end development of REST APIs, streaming and batch workloads, using the Spring ecosystem, Kafka, MongoDB and PostgreSQL. The candidate will drive new solution initiatives, ensure clean code, and apply test-driven development (TDD) across multi-tier, distributed architectures.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Java experience.
• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives.
• Experience with multi-tiered and distributed applications.
• Good experience building RESTful web services and understanding REST constraints.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Build tools - Gradle/Maven.
• CI/CD tools - Jenkins.
• Source Control - Bit Bucket /GitHub.
• End-to-end execution of development & release phases.
• Translate system requirements into software design artifacts.
• Coordinate tasks with internal/external resources.
• Review designs to improve robustness, scalability, performance.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end development of highly available REST APIs, streaming and batch apps using Java and Spring (Spring Boot, Integration, MVC, Security, Data, Batch).
• Work with Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.

Project Description:

Our client(One of the largest investment banks in Southeast Asia) is building a platform for end-to-end processing of Structured products with current focus on Equity derivatives. Primary objective is to build a robust platform which caters to the existing pain points without compromising on the required efficiencies .

Responsibilities:

• Individual contributor and ability to demonstrate advanced software coding skills, a solid grasp of software architecture and object oriented design concepts and design patterns
• Successful candidate will drive the implementation, experimentation of new solution/application initiatives. Looking for one who loves clean code and test driven development (TDD)
• End to end development of highly available REST API, streaming and batch applications using Java and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Integration, MVC, Security, Data, Batch etc), Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL etc.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Overall 8+ years of experience in Java
• Strong knowledge on Equity derivatives
• Experience in multi-tiered and distributed applications and service architectures
• Good experience building RESTFUL web services and understanding of the REST architecture constraints
• Working experiences in CI/CD
• Build tools - Gradle/Maven
• Continuous Integration tools - Jenkins
• Source Control - Bit Bucket /GitHub

• Effective end-to-end execution of development & release phases
• Provides expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design artifacts
