Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Java Developer in Singapore to design, develop and maintain enterprise web applications using Java and SPA technologies. You will collaborate with analysts, architects, and teams to deliver robust REST services and web apps in a banking context.

The role requires strong Java core skills, Spring Framework expertise, and experience with Angular/React, TypeScript, and SQL. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on performance and security.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in finance IT projects.
• Strong proficiency in Java core and multithreading.
• Experience with Spring, JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular or React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Solid SQL and RDBMS knowledge.
• Familiarity with messaging systems (JMS, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ).

• At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.Global Markets and Back Office:
• Preferable to have exposure to Global Markets and Back Office applications development experienceJava and Open Source Frameworks:
• Strong Core Java expertise with hands-on experience in Collections, I/O, and Multithreading.
• Strong understanding of Java Design Patterns and coding best practices.
• Good knowledge of Spring Framework, including MVC and JPA modules.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate development.
