Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer / Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable, secure enterprise applications on AWS and on-premise environments.

You will work across Java, Spring Boot, React.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD, translating business needs into reliable solutions while leading code reviews and ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing microservices and cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and perform troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer / Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, TypeScript, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across solution design, prototyping, coding, code reviews, testing, and implementation .
• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical solutions and architecture approaches.
• Develop and maintain Java-based web applications deployed on AWS and on-premise environments.
• Design and develop frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .
• Build reusable UI components, frontend libraries, and common design patterns.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, microservices, backend services, and API Gateway platforms .
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Perform SQL query analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Investigate and resolve complex application, integration, UI, and production issues.
• Conduct application performance and capacity assessments.
• Support application build, deployment, testing, release, and production activities.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and release automation .
• Ensure applications comply with security, performance, accessibility, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology , or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant software development experience .
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 and above .
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch .
• Experience developing enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs .
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3 .
• Experience with modern React development, including React Hooks, Context API, and reusable components .
• Strong experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle / SQL .
• Good experience with SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
