The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and secure applications using modern full-stack technologies, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience with Java technologies and Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
Experience designing Microservices-based applications and frontend with React.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications supporting digital transformation initiatives across the Banking, Financial Services, Government, and Public Sector domains.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and secure applications using modern full-stack technologies, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that support mission-critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern web technologies.
Develop and enhance responsive user interfaces using React and related frontend technologies.
Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration services with internal and external systems.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Develop unit tests, integration tests, and support system integration and user acceptance testing activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
Participate in Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and software engineering best practices.
Support production deployment, application monitoring, and operational support activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design documents, API specifications, and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in software development using Java technologies.
Strong experience in developing applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and developing Microservices-based applications.
Experience building frontend applications using React.
Knowledge of RESTful API development and system integration concepts.

Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Government, or Public Sector projects.
Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or OpenShift.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
Knowledge of secure software development practices and application security concepts.
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
