Responsibilities

• Meet walk-in clients in showrooms, handle online enquiries, or conduct on-site visits to understand space requirements and design preferences.
• Provide expert advice on fabrics, colors, styles, and functional soft furnishings (curtains, blinds, outdoor shading).
• Prepare accurate cost proposals, negotiate pricing, secure deposits, and close sales to meet quotas.
• Oversee order fulfillment from production tracking to coordinating delivery and installation dates.
• Handle client feedback, manage payment balances, and ensure smooth handover for customer satisfaction.
