Job summary

Steel Ally Resources Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dynamic sales professional to identify, develop, and secure new business in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, focusing on curtains, blinds, and motorised window furnishings.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and site surveys to quotations, contracts, measurements, and project handover—while ensuring on-time delivery, profitability, and top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in curtains, blinds, window furnishings, interior fit-out, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of window furnishing products and motorised systems.
• Knowledge of measurement techniques and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, site survey, product presentation, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, order confirmation, and project handover.
• Provide professional consultation on curtains, blinds, motorised window furnishing systems, and interior shading solutions.
• Conduct detailed on-site measurements, assess installation feasibility, and recommend technically suitable products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, project coordinators, installers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet specifications and timelines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations, monitor project profitability, and ensure sales margins meet company requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, main contractors, and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive business development and client account management.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, project documentation, and perform other duties assigned by Management.
