## Social Worker / Social Work Executive (FSCAM)Apply: Singapore: Full time: Posted 3 Days Ago: End Date: October 31, 2026 (30+ days left to apply): JR-00308**Social Worker / Executive (Social Work), Admiralty** **Roles & Responsibilities:** **CASEWORK AND COUNSELLING*** Manage 25 C&C active cases (mainly low-moderate level of complexity) per quarter.* Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases by taking into account the integration of a range of information, including practice guides and organisational frameworks.* Conduct case conferences with partners.* Participate in networking and case management meetings.* Document and evaluate case outcomes.* Develop and review appropriate intervention strategies.* Ensure proper documentation of cases.* Ensure reports on cases are submitted in a timely manner. **INFORMATION AND TRIAGE*** Manage case referrals.* Part of the Intake & Triage Team to conduct intake assessments for referred clients based on the practice standards of the Code of Social Work Practice and Practice Guide.* Refer clients to appropriate agencies for further intervention. **COMMUNITY WORK*** Network with other organizations and stakeholders.* Participate in implementing and evaluating of community outreach / initiatives. **GROUP WORK*** Be part of the programme team for Group Work conducted at the FSC. **Requirements:*** Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work* Previous experiences via internships or placements in related areas of work will be considered* Understanding of social work values and ethics* Understanding of work with vulnerable populations i.e. low-income familiesThank you for your interest and application.
