Job summary

THYE HUA KWAN MORAL CHARITIES LIMITED is seeking a dedicated social services professional in Tengah. The role involves assisting in casework interventions and counselling, conducting client assessments, and coordinating group activities to support clients and their families.

You will serve as the primary administrative contact, liaising with external partners and maintaining records to ensure accurate client data and smooth programme delivery.

• Assist in providing casework intervention and counselling services, facilitate groups, conduct and implement structured programmes for the clients and their families.

• Conducts comprehensive client assessments to collect functional, environmental, psycho-social, financial, employment, housing, education and health information as appropriate to develop a creative and cost-effective case plan.

• Assists in coordinating group work and community development activities and programmes, supporting community events.

• Serve as the primary point of direct administrative contact, referral service and liaison with external stakeholders.

• Performing administrative functions and maintain administrative system for record updates
