Job summary

CPC Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Surveyor to prepare setting-out plans, carry out site surveys, and verify dimensions for construction works, coordinating with the Project Team.

Requirements include a Diploma in Land Surveying, ≥5 years in civil projects, and proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level, GNSS/GPS and AutoCAD.

You will maintain survey records, support as-built drawings, and ensure accuracy and compliance across site activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Land Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant surveying experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Experience in construction surveying, setting-out, levelling and as-built surveys.
• Proficient with Total Station, Auto Level, GNSS/GPS and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey setting-out plans, calculations, and related survey documentation for construction works.
• Carry out site surveys, setting-out, levelling, alignment, and dimensional checks to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, grids, and reference points per drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Team, Site Engineers, Contractors, and other parties on survey requirements and progress.
• Conduct periodic inspections and final checks on completed works to ensure tolerances are met.
