Job summary

JTL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is hiring for a site-led role to oversee piling and foundation projects on-site in Singapore. You will coordinate manpower, machinery, materials and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lead site teams independently while ensuring safety and adherence to specifications and WSH requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage site teams and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily site operations for piling and foundation projects.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality and safety to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Resolve site and construction issues effectively.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and WSH requirements.
