Job summary

LSW CONSULTING ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to lead supervision and inspection activities across construction projects. You will ensure works meet quality standards, comply with drawings, specs and regulations, and support timely project delivery.

The role involves coordinating with consultants, clients and authorities, responding to RFAs/RFIs, and maintaining site documentation to support accurate tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect bore piling, ERSS, earth retaining walls, and precast works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor structural material tests and verify method statements, test results, and construction drawings for accuracy and adherence to standards
• Collaborate effectively with Consultants, Clients, and Authorities by participating in progress and technical meetings to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Respond to Requests for Approval (RFA) and Requests for Information (RFI) by reviewing and providing timely, accurate replies to support project progress
• Maintain and update all site documentation including drawings, RFAs, RFIs, and site records to ensure accurate project tracking and compliance
