Job summary

NPC METAL WORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, ensuring work aligns with specifications and drawings.

You will coordinate with main- and sub-contractors, attend site meetings, manage site labour, provide technical guidance, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years' relevant experience in construction industry.
• Able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor and control project for compliance to specifications and drawings.
• Resolve site technical issues to ensure inspection and approval by the consultant of the work done.
• Liaise with main-contractors, sub-contractors, clients and other parties involved in the projects.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, prepare and submit necessary documents/reports for projects.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
• Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on-site.
• Ensure compliance to all Governmental, Building Rules, Regulations and Safety at site.
