Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability, performance, and scalability for spend-management products from our Singapore office. You will build and operate scalable infrastructure, enhance observability, and partner with product teams to improve resilience across cards, expenses, bills, and procurement workflows.

You’ll thrive by shaping incident response, reducing risks, and delivering continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in CS/SE or related field.
5+ years in site reliability engineering or DevOps.
Experience operating production systems and improving reliability.
Strong understanding of cloud infra, distributed systems, observability, and automation.
Practical approach to diagnosing complex problems and preventing recurrences.

Responsibilities

Own the reliability, availability, and performance of systems powering Airwallex's spend-management products.
Build and operate scalable infrastructure, observability, and automation for safe software delivery.
Partner with product and engineering teams to improve resilience across workflows.
Drive operational excellence through incident response and continuous improvement.
